Empty your attics and bring your treasures to the Archives basement for artifact and antique identification and appraisal and preservation tips!

Activities for children of all ages - Join in the fun on the 2nd floor and churn butter, make Mardi Gras masks and Indian pots and necklaces, write a letter with a quill pen, become a Huntsville astronaut. Stop by the Milo Howard auditorium and hear storytellers, including Joseph Trimble at 11:00 and 12:30. Visit 19th-Century and Civil War living history encampments on the front lawn and tap your feet to the sounds of the 5th Alabama Infantry Regiment Band at 3:00.

Tour the new west wing and see displays of rare documents and quilts from the Archives collections in the new Research Room and storage areas.
